Our physiotherapy team works across acute injury, post-operative rehab and chronic MSK pain. Every plan is measurable, reviewed by our sports medicine consultants, and paired with VALD-guided strength progression so you leave when the numbers say you are ready, not when a session package runs out.

How many sessions will I need?

Acute injuries typically 4–8 sessions across 6–8 weeks. Chronic cases longer. We give you a concrete estimate after assessment.

Do I need a referral?

Not for self-pay. Some insurers require one — the booking portal flags this before you confirm.

What should I wear?

Athletic wear you can demonstrate symptoms in. Shorts for lower-limb, vest/tank for shoulder/neck. Changing rooms at all clinics.
