Your first visit
What to expect, step by step.
Most patients leave their first visit with a clear, written plan and a real sense of what comes next.
01
Before you arrive
Book online or via WhatsApp. The portal confirms your clinician, location and (where relevant) insurance. Bring your ID and any prior imaging or reports.
02
Arrival & intake
Arrive a few minutes early. Our front desk handles paperwork and insurance on the spot.
03
Assessment
A thorough consultation with your clinician: history, hands-on examination and objective testing where indicated.
04
Your plan
You leave with a written, milestone-based plan — what each session targets, how often, and what success looks like.
05
Follow-up
Progress is re-tested as you go, and your integrated team shares the same chart so nothing falls through the gaps.
What to bring
Keep it simple.
Photo ID (Emirates ID / Civil ID)
Insurance card, if applicable
Any prior scans or reports
Comfortable / athletic clothing
List of current medications
FAQ
Common first-visit questions.
Do I need a referral?
Not for self-pay. Some insurers may require one — the booking portal flags this based on your policy.
How long is the first visit?
New-patient consultations are typically longer than follow-ups. Arrive a few minutes early for intake.
Will I get a written plan?
Yes — every patient leaves with a written, milestone-based plan.
Which city should I book in?
Pick the DISC site nearest you — Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Kuwait. Each has its own local team and booking.
