02 · What to expect

Our approach.

Our Orthotics & Prosthetics service provides custom 3D-printed insoles and prescription orthotic devices. Every orthotic is biomechanics-led — built off objective data from a gait analysis, not a foam impression alone — and integrated with your physiotherapy plan. We never prescribe orthotics as a stand-alone solution: they sit alongside loading, technique and footwear changes. Alongside foot orthotics, we also provide custom prosthetic devices for limb loss and congenital limb differences, fabricated with the same focus on fit, function and long-term follow-up.

06 · FAQ

Orthotics & Prosthetics, answered.

Do I need a gait analysis before getting insoles?

For most cases yes — we want objective data to ensure the orthotic actually addresses your biomechanics. For straightforward cases (e.g. diabetic foot care), a focused assessment is sufficient.

How long do the insoles take to make?

Typically 5–10 working days from the scan to delivery, depending on the complexity of the prescription.

Are follow-up adjustments included?

Yes. A fit-check and any minor adjustments in the first 6 weeks are included with every custom orthotic.
